David is Chief Executive of the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance and an experienced Director on a number of significant boards, including Infrastructure SA, the South Australian Government Financing Authority (chair), the Institute of Public Administration and the Committee for Economic Development Australia Policy Group. David is passionate about South Australia and our community. He is married to Nicolle and they have a daughter at Pulteney Grammar.

Diana BA/LLB, Grad Dip Legal Practice, MBA, GAICD is the Chief Executive of the Law Society of South Australia and has diverse legal and senior management experience.  Diana’s board experience includes the Chair of Community Support Incorporated and she has a strong commitment to building inclusive, supportive, environments that champion diversity. Beyond family life, Diana has followed her son in developing a passion for Taekwondo and martial arts.

Katherine is a Partner at PwC in Adelaide and works in Internal Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance. Katherine has recently returned to Adelaide after a period working with PwC in New York City. Katherine has a son and daughter that attend Pulteney Grammar.

A director of Laity Morrow, Kate is an experienced property, projects and infrastructure lawyer, who has worked in private legal practice for nearly 20 years. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and catching up with friends.

Director of Moto Projects a boutique project and development management consultancy, Lorne is also a taxi driver for 3 kids and avid outdoor activities and adventure enthusiast, particularly anything that involves motion on 2 wheels or hanging about on snow and ice.

Andrea is Parish Priest of St Francis, Clarence Gardens in the Diocese of Adelaide. Andrea is a passionate advocate for social justice and inclusion. She upholds the values of spiritual leadership and its benefits towards happy and healthy communities. She is married to David, an old scholar, and has two daughters who are past and present students at Pulteney.

Chris is a passionate, visionary and highly respected senior educational leader with a truly diverse range of experiences- in city and country schools, across state boundaries and within both the independent and government sectors.

He is currently the Anglican Schools Liaison Officer for the Anglican Diocese of Adelaide and the Director of Red Ute Consulting, an Educational Leadership Consultancy.

Prior to this, Chris worked as the Head of Educational Services at the Association of Independent Schools of South Australia ( AISSA), following his resignation from St Peters Woodlands Grammar School , as Principal,  from 2004 until 2020.

Chris has served on a number of Boards. He is a member of the South Australian Independent Schools Block Grant Authority and previously was a member of the South Australian Education Standards Board.

Chris is married to Judi, (previous teacher at Pulteney Grammar) and they have two married children,  both of whom are Pulteney Old Scholars.

Leah is an experienced executive, with a focus on People, Culture, Leadership, and Strategy. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she combines her strategic insight with her understanding of organisational dynamics to support businesses achieve their goals.  She is a parent to Madison, who was a student at Pulteney from ELC to Year 12 (2008 – 2022). Leah values family and community and in her spare time, she enjoys travelling, good food and wine, and the world of the arts.

Tim is an Organisational Psychologist and Director of ISC Consulting, a bespoke organisational, team and leadership development firm.  He was worked with leaders and organisations from across the US, Europe, Asia and Africa as well as with many NFP, sporting and public and private sector organisations locally and nationally.  He is currently the Deputy Chair of Disability Living Inc, and he also serves on the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).  Previously he was on the board on the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia for over 10 years.  He is an Old Scholar (1978 – 1983) and his children Sophie and Elliot also attended Pulteney between 2001 and 2018. Collectively we have all loved our time at the school and the enduring relationships we have formed with many from within our community.  Tim and now Elliot have a long association with the Pulteney Football Club, with Tim having played over 250 games and served as President for 5 years. Together with his partner and extended family of four children Tim enjoys spending time together travelling overseas to experience diverse cultures and watching sports.

A Partner at PwC Australia, Mark is an experienced strategy and economics advisor. Mark is also a parent of two children at Pulteney and when not supporting their extra-curricular activities can be found enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends.
